Historia
Over 13 months in 1976-1977, four children were abducted in the Detroit suburbs, each of them held for days before their still-warm bodies were dumped in the snow near public roadsides. The Oakland County Child Murders spawned panic across southeast Michigan, triggering the most extensive manhunt in US history. Yet after less than two years, the task force created to find the killer was shut down without naming a suspect.

Difficult to Follow
Revisado: 11-29-22
I struggled to finish this one. I felt that the story was choppy. Most of my selections have kept me engaged & wanting to have more listening time. With "The Snow Killings" I found myself just trying to get through it.

Historia
It was the trial that stunned America, the verdict that shocked us all. On July 5, 2011, nearly three years after her initial arrest, Casey Anthony walked away, virtually scot-free, from one of the most sensational murder trials of all time. She'd been accused of killing her daughter, Caylee, but the trial only left behind more questions: Was she actually innocent? What really happened to Caylee? Was this what justice really looked like?

Jeff Ashton Thinks a Lot of Himself

Interesting perspective from inside the Prosecution team. The author, could have maintained a more respectable position if he had not found it so easy to paint himself in the most favorable light. Overall, this was an interesting perspective; one that we ordinarily do not see. For that, I'm glad I chose this title.

Historia
The actress Wyn Reed had that powerful combination of charisma, beauty and smarts. She was such a talent that a team of movie producers couldn’t believe it when the 28 year-old Wyn agreed to play the lead — a killer—in their upcoming, small-budget, horror movie. What the filmmakers didn’t know, as they got on location, was that Wyn wasn’t really Wyn. That was all make believe. But the killer part? That was real. This original podcast series from Keith Morrison and Dateline NBC tells a story even Hollywood couldn’t have imagined. Listen to all episodes of Killer Role now completely ...

Loved it! interesting until the very end. Told in the way only Dateline seems to be able to present cases and turn them into satisfying stories. Keep up the GREAT WORK!
