Jan Chozen Bays, MD - physician and Zen teacher - has developed a series of simple practices to help us cultivate mindfulness as we go about our ordinary, daily lives. Exercises include: taking three deep breaths before answering the phone, noticing and adjusting your posture throughout the day, eating mindfully, and leaving no trace of yourself after using the kitchen or bathroom. Great Book
Revisado: 10-13-17
I listened to this book at least three times. It is easy to follow and if you want to be trained in how to be mindful it is a good book to read and learn from.

Historia
Japanese decluttering guru Marie Kondo’s The Life-Changing Magic of Tidying Up has revolutionized homes - and lives - across the world. Now, Kondo presents an illustrated guide to her acclaimed KonMari Method, with step-by-step folding illustrations for everything from shirts to socks, plus drawings of perfectly organized drawers and closets. She also provides advice on frequently asked questions, such as whether to keep “necessary” items that may not bring you joy.

I know the colors of my socks.
Revisado: 09-05-17
It sparks joy within to see just how this system of folding and "stacking " clothes be it blouses or socks in drawers. At one time I had two sock drawers full of balled up socks in plastic dividers. Upon reorganizing, by folding I am able to get the two drawers into one and view from the top immediately all the beiges to Brown's to grays to blacks. This system really does work.i have great joy every time I now go to select a pair to be worn. So it is with my blouses too. Try it and you will see what I mean!
