Wonderful Lecture

I have been listening to Doc for many years. This lecture had some wonderful nuggets that clarified a few things for me, even after all of these years.
I especially enjoyed the question and answer part. Doc met each person right where they were. If you listen closely, a few times he was confused what they were asking, only to have that Knowing come to him so he knew what was needed. Loving, saying it like it is, but with understanding, was in each of his answers. The big take away is that our intention and motive that underlies our work, prayers, and choices make all the difference. And more far reaching then we realize.

Beautiful Reminders

I’ve listened to Papa Wayne off and on over the last 20 years. Although my own studies have taken me to much deeper places spiritually. I find myself coming back to his work now and again.
The reminder that Living from Spirit is what one has Become, although the practices help. Truth is simple. We often want to complicate everything. And then it gets lost in everyday living. Wayne’s work are the steps of living it day to day. This particular lecture is well done. Thoughtful and real. A good one for in the car or while tending to house work.

I had been a pre-school teacher for 13 years plus a few summer camps for older kids, before having my own kid. I have read A Lot of children's, and young adult books, not to mention have heard many 'story tapes'. (as they were called before cell phones and audible. ;)

This story is so well written, from the Gorilla's point of view. The book has such simplicity yet unassuming depth at the same time.. The narrator Really captures each character and brings them to life. My 9 year old son had read this in school and suggested it. In the beginning it started out as a simple story we would listen to on the way home from school or errands.. We eventually became so captivated that often we would sit for a few extra minutes in the car to finish the chapter, even after arriving at home. About two-thirds of the way into the story, I too was looking forward to driving so I could hear more.. (we save our Audible stories as a treat to listen to in the car) This is a beautifully done book. Simple enough that children 'get' what is happening and the 'principle' that the author is conveying. Yet written in a way that would appeal to any age. I thanked my son for suggesting such a great book that we could share together.
