I have tried various strategies, but have never succeeded in sticking with any of them long enough to make a long-term difference. When I heard the author interviewed, I knew I had to check out his book. A lot of his suggestions were not news to me - but he provides the scientific explanation for why they work, and this has made a world of difference in my ability to motivate myself to stick with it. I'm still in the beginning stages of transforming my sleep, but feel more confident than I ever have that I finally have the tools to do it right!
