Matt did a great job clearly laying out practical and tactical application of knowledge in so many avenues and strategies of capital raising for every asset class. From single to multi, flips to syndications, each is laid out with strengths and pitfalls to be aware of, straight from his arsonal of personal experience. Every investor new or experienced can gain value from this read!

Good start but...

First two booka were good but I felt like the conclusion was thrown together. I wasn't impressed with the last book and end to the trilogoy.
