The story is action packed and pretty steady. As the story progresses there are some parts that are a little over detailed. The author keeps you in anticipation and the characters are likable. No real progress yet but this is only book 1

Every thing I love about this series is in this book. A wonderful steady action filled storyline, with characters that are developing with each challenge they face. Great collaboration between the author and narrator brings this story to life and makes me yearn to know more. Thank you for the hours of entertainment well spent.

Unfortunately it appears the only adverb the author has access to is the adverb unfortunately. It unfortunately begins most sentences in this series. I unfortunately noticed it early on in book one. So while I enjoyed this series for the most part, I unfortunately was distracted by the author's ever predictable use of the unfortunate adverb unfortunately.

I am a fan of MS. but I thought her books couldn't get any better than Savaged. Gladly I was wrong. worth a credit, suspense from start to finish, not a cliffhanger, but mysterious ending.

A lot better than expected

I had this book in my wishlist for a long time. I should gave bought it sooner. I could not stop listening, I loved Ronin and hated Laura but still loved this story. Great narration both narrator's did a wonderful job. I now want to meet my own Ronin someday.
