Historia
In today’s online culture, it’s easy to confuse influencers with leaders and chase the followers, the likes, and the superficial success. But, while influencers paint a pretty picture, real leaders pave a path. Leadership isn’t about what you do, nor is it about what you’ve accomplished. It’s about who you be. What people really yearn for is someone who cuts through the bullshit and lives and operates authentically.

Worth EVERY Listening Minute.
Revisado: 12-08-21
I love listening to audio books yet constantly find myself thinking “get to the good stuff.” Not with this book. Ruby perfectly weaves through personal stories, examples, and actionable takeaways from start to finish.
Yes… I am her husband and have bias built in, naturally. Yet, I am so incredibly impressed with what she’s created.
Whether you’re a well established leader or aspiring leader, you will end each listen with MASSIVE takeaways.

For Gen X or Boomers. NOT for Gen Z or Millennials
Revisado: 10-26-21
This book is largely written for an older crowd who is either stuck in or currently running an old-school business. If you’re tech savvy, under 40-50 years old, don’t waste your time. It’s filled with pretty obvious business practices which were game changing 10+ years ago (maybe) but table stakes these days.
This airs on the side of BUSINESS much more than individual productivity which the title and description leads you to believe.
I’m not saying it doesn’t have value. It definitely does, but for a much older crowd.
Time Saving Tip: Skip chapters 1-2. Listen to chapter 3. Then skip to chapter 10.
