Waist of time...Do not purchase

I was persuaded to buy this book based on the good reviews. I cannot believe anyone would give this book a good review. It is one of the hardest books I’ve ever tried to listen to on Audible. It is not a good listen nor is it a good storyline. It drags on and on without creating interest in the story. Save your credit.

UNNECESSARY

A complete waste. The characters in book one were developed enough. The characters in this book who were supposed to be giving us a glimpse into how they got to where they were in book one are not the characters in this book. This book made the character so grungy and absolutely trash that you just don’t care for the characters as much as you did after book one and three. The grunginess of Chippy, L.C., Lou, Alejandro we could have done without. L.C.’S children have their faults but their faults combined pales in comparison to the previous generation.

I didn’t understand the purpose of this book.

I didn’t like Paris in the other books. I thought this book would add some redeeming qualities to Paris. I was hoping it would help me make her more likable. It definitely doesn’t help her and it doesn’t help the storyline to bridge the gap with the other books. It was just a complete waste of time and money. Save your dollars and just stick with the main books and characters you like.

I think that this book was better than the first. I didn't think there was much of a left after the first book. I was wrong. It's pretty good. Some shockers and tears.

Narrator fell short

What didn’t you like about Napiera Groves’s performance?

Stumbled too much. Read almost textbook style. If she intended to read the novel the way she did it jut is not my taste. I really tired to follow her style but it just didn't appeal to me.

Way Too Many Sex Acts that Last Way Too Long

Book could have done without the drawn out sex acts. One lasted for several chapters. The storyline was interesting but again the over the top sex parts detracts from it. It's worth the read but 3 stars is the best I can offer for the arrangement.
