My favorite mixed breed is back, trying to work her way through a world that never wanted her and being trained by someone who’s willing to put up with her bs even less than she is his, for a job she’s clawed her way into. When a surprising meeting leads to life-altering accusations, everything she’s fought for starts fighting her back.
The writing is vivid, full of action, surprises, and relatability for anyone who’s ever felt like an outsider.
The narration is fluid, heartfelt, exciting, and true to the story and characters.
Well done, Jina and Kristina! Can’t wait until the next installment is available in audio!

This book hit me harder than Tyler Durden ever could. I’m not sure why everyone got so hooked on “Eleanor Oliphant is Completely Fine” because it was far too slow, but there are similarities I won’t spoil.
Apparently no one is okay here. Brilliant writing. Absolutely loved it.
