Mommy needs a minute... or two... actually give me a few hours! This book is so beautifully written and I find myself saying "so me" with every point Alyssa makes. I believe this is every first time mom's must read, knowing all the demands on us are not unique to them, but all millennial moms. There is no easy way to motherhood but at least we can all know we are not alone!

Good tips but nothing groundbreaking

I enjoyed this audio book and it had really good and effective tips, most (if not all), I was already aware of. it was nice having all these tips condensed into one book and can be very useful to some people. Nothing groundbreaking, which is what most people expect from self-help or development books, but I'd still recommend to someone who might to step back and refocus on things like their goals, journey in life, aspirations, etc.
