If you like your grumpy/sunshine, bully trope to lean heavily toward mansplaining then this is for you! the most bizarre, unnecessary "devirgining" storyline, lots of man of the house talk, slut shaming...and overall just not smutty or sexy...

MMC pov narrator was much better than the FMC pov narrator. I thought there would be more clever ties to the Peter Pan story, not a retelling but themes, etc.

There is more wolf-legalese than any magic, world building, or suspense. It wants to be a slow burn romance, but the main characters don't really fall in love, they are just physically attracted to each other, and I am pretty sure by the end of the book (even after getting married and having sex) they do not say I love you or anything along those lines. MMC is giving rich, "just Ken." Doesn't scratch the fantasy romance itch.
