Historia
In November 1964, Cuban revolutionary Che Guevara went to the Congo with two hundred men, intent on making it his first step in taking over Africa and South America. He failed, thanks in large part to the efforts of an intrepid band of Green Berets. Licking his wounds, he retreated to Cuba to recruit more men and try the same thing in Bolivia. He failed there, too. In fact, he died there, and thus, despite his incompetence, became a glorious martyr to the cause. But who was trying to kill him, really - and who was trying to keep him alive?

Historia
Ty Seidule grew up revering Robert E. Lee. From his southern childhood to his service in the US Army, every part of his life reinforced the Lost Cause myth: that Lee was the greatest man who ever lived, and that the Confederates were underdogs who lost the Civil War with honor. Now, as a retired brigadier general and Professor Emeritus of History at West Point, his view has radically changed. From a soldier, a scholar, and a southerner, Ty Seidule believes that American history demands a reckoning.

I am so glad that this author taught my son!
Revisado: 06-19-23
I am the proud parent of 3 West Pointers. After reading this book, I now know why my second eldest son and namesake made History his college major at West Point: BG Ty Seidule! He is a Master Educator, Scholar, & Military Leader. My Son (Class of 2011) actually recommended the book to me and I just got off the phone thanking him. After 20+ years of US Army military service, I have rarely come upon such an insightful history book presentation filled with so many hard learned truths; written for both today and tomorrow.

Unique, entertaining and currently relevant! Just a great red!
Revisado: 03-09-23
One of the best Brad Thor books ever! I know because I have them all. The dialogue in this audiobook is truly enjoyable. It celebrates the largest most diverse democracy in the world: India, and the common threat to the oldest democracy which is the USA.
It moves not too fast and not too slow. It emphasizes life learning mantras and the reason folks devote life long public service in defense of their native nations. I cannot get over the ever true mantra of: “Something to do (positively); Someone to love; and Something to look forward to!”
It alone was worth the read! Well Done Brad!

Number 22 will do!
Revisado: 03-06-23
I have had the unique joy of listening to all of Tom Clancy’s audiobooks. Marc C. did a brilliant job in carrying on The Jack Ryan Series. Here is why. Any protagonist who could rise from the enlisted ranks of the US Marines to be the President of the U.S. is the American Dream. It has inspired me to continue to believe that candor, character, courage, and commitment are what true Americans, regardless of culture diversity, strive for to keep America Great! We are stronger together and more powerful than those inside and outside our country who attempt to divide us.

Historia
Secretary of State Frank Malone has been kidnapped from his Cairo hotel - his security detail wiped out. President Natalie Cohen is left with several unacceptable options. It's time to think outside the box, and that can only mean one thing: the revival of the Presidential Agent program. Cohen calls for Charley Castillo to come out of retirement to direct a new Presidential Agent, one Captain P. K. "Pick" McCoy, USMC. Charley may be too old to kick down doors and take names, but Killer McCoy is just the man to get the job done.

Exactly what Charlie C. & his outlaws should have done beyond Book 8 of this series.
Revisado: 01-31-22
I have over 400 audiobooks in my personal library. This was the single most enjoyable and refreshing read of my entire audiobook library experience! I was devastated when I found out that the W.E.B. Griffin’s Presidential Agent series was over after book 8. Book 9 being such an great read; please bring on Book 10 with Charlie C. & “Killer McCoy” and the new bunch of Presidential Outlaws ASAP! I and many others will pay handsomely in the future to read about their exploits.

GreT story, bad voice portrayal of STOKELY JONES JR!
Revisado: 09-01-20
I have bought and listened to every Alex Hawke audio book written thus far.
I was in great anticipation of the full return of STOKELY, but I was sorely disappointed with the voice portrayal this key character. Everyone knows by the description of STOKELY is an exact physical and voice match of the late great actor (Michael Clarke Duncan) of The Green Mile movie, all the way down to his repetitive use of the loving title “Boss”.
Next time the narrator performs in this series he should recognize his true limitations in the voice portraying of this Black Hero Sidekick of Lord Alex. Even if you the publisher or the narrator need to make voice print and tech duplication of (Michael Clarke Duncan’s) voice itself from previous performances and pay royalties to do so, it would truly improve the narration performance.

Historia
A toxic presidential election is underway in an America already badly weakened by internal divisions. While politicians focus entirely on maintaining their own power, ISIS kidnaps a brilliant French microbiologist and forces him to begin manufacturing anthrax. Slickly produced videos chronicling his progress and threatening an imminent attack are posted to the internet, intensifying the hysteria gripping the United States.

A true tribute to the Late Great Vince Flynn
Revisado: 10-01-19
I have purchased and read everyone of the late Vince Flynn/Mitch Rapp exploit novels. Everyone, from beginning to end, some, multiple times. This offering is like Vince is sitting at a desk in heaven, penning great stories again.
It was truly an outstanding tribute to his magnificent body of work as one of America’s great authors.
Please, Please, keep this same team together for future endeavors, do not change a thing, Vince would be proud!
I, as a reader, was thoroughly satisfied!
The Flynn/Rapp legend lives on!

I thought when the Great Tom
Clancy past away that the storied saga of Jack Ryan would too. I was sorely wrong! Detail, humor, & leadership character have been
meticulously maintained for another joyous ride Jack, Chavez, Clark, Mary Beth and company. If ya'll keep this quality, I will continue to buy Clancy books until I join Tom in the Great Hereafter!
