Easy to follow and interesting

I liked it as an interesting dramatized listen. I didn’t like the the awkward gay relationship. It was a pretty good story.

Life changing!
Revisado: 03-27-19
This book has helped me significantly. It goes into the psychology and why and how to kick the habit of procrastination. This book is so valuable and full of great information. It was like a missing key. People were complaining about the narration but it did not bother me whatsoever. I just needed help! From start to finish it is loaded with insight and I would say my procrastination habit is being kicked to curb and I am at least 60% more productive since listening to this book. It really is that helpful. It also comes with a pdf that is helpful. You will receive many tools to cope with anxiety and how to change your faulty thinking in regards to work. I have read countless articles and watched YouTube video after YouTube video but this is the only thing that has actually helped. God bless Dr. Neil Fiore! I am very grateful!

Historia
For David Goggins, childhood was a nightmare--poverty, prejudice, and physical abuse colored his days and haunted his nights. But through self-discipline, mental toughness, and hard work, Goggins transformed himself from a depressed, overweight young man with no future into a US Armed Forces icon and one of the world's top endurance athletes. The only man in history to complete elite training as a Navy SEAL, Army Ranger, and Air Force tactical air controller, he went on to set records in numerous endurance events.

My favorite audiobook so far!
Revisado: 01-31-19
This audiobook podcast was phenomenal! This is one I will listen to over and over and I know it’s beneficial to listen to these more than once so it can sink in but I usually don’t like to because I feel like I already heard it and know. I do not feel that way about this one! It is inspiring and motivating and when I’m feeling weak minded or start procrastinating I literally play this audiobook and I’m like letsssss gooooo LOL! Then I smash it! Hopefully I will wean myself off this audiobook and just stop procrastinating and being lazy on my own but in the meantime Goggins is an inspiring beast that snatched the soul of many self help gurus. He’s real and raw and there is a lot of cursing but the message is what I was here for so it didn’t bother me. He has a great spirit about but let’s you know he is just as messed up as the rest of us but gaining the mental toughness to press through all that. It is very easy and fun to listen to. The narrator reads most of it but Goggins reads the childhood part. And I absolutely love the format with the interview podcast like breaks. Such a cool and unique format with great content! I highly recommend checking it out!

Historia
Despite constant efforts to declutter your home, do papers still accumulate like snowdrifts and clothes pile up like a tangled mess of noodles?Japanese cleaning consultant Marie Kondo takes tidying to a whole new level, promising that if you properly simplify and organize your home once, you'll never have to do it again. Most methods advocate a room-by-room or little-by-little approach, which doom you to pick away at your piles of stuff forever.

Surprisingly pleasant
Revisado: 01-15-19
I thought this book was going to be overrated but I was pleasantly surprised. Great tips to help you get rid of things. Initially I thought the person narrating sounded like a robot but she speaks very clearly and easy to understand. It’s a very calming and enjoyable book. I listen to it as I’m doing her ritual and tips laid out in this book. It’s also very short and concise book. I’m glad it does not repeat itself and often I’ll think of a question and then as I keep listening it is answered. I recommend this book.
