Another incredible book by Gary Zubak! The is one in particular is a must read for anyone on a journey into self improvement &/or for understanding/connecting with your emotions. I've read dozens of self help/spiritual books & this is right at the top along with 2 others of his - Seat of the Soul & Universal Human...all must reads!

This book in particular helped me understand that anything is truly possible, including manifesting anything I want as well as changing my life on anyway possible - once I believe & have zero doubt. Wayne Dyer is one of my many gurus, but is as easy to listen to as any of them.

Alan Watts is one of the greatest philosophical minds & spiritual gurus of the 20th century. These "lectures" were given throughout his life & although the recordings are not perfect (periodic background noise), I'd much prefer to hear Watts, himself, vs. a narrator of his work. It's a great listen for those looking to hear intruiging philosophical ideologies as well as needing some spiritual guidance & grounding.
