This book is such a great tool - from before pregnancy, throughout, and beyond. It was inclusive of every little step that you may not think of in your journey told from the point of view of someone who has decades worth of medical experience. It feels like having your own personal nurse to guide you along the way and includes sections for your partner as well. As someone who can be picky - the voice on the audiobook is easy to listen to.
