Former police officer Dean Matheson has been playing it safe since the case that cost him almost everything. I was a hard cell and now I love this author and this narrator

This author has a great way to grab menu the narrator who initially bothered me is it getting better as he gets better with his characters but truthfully it’s worth the growing pains to get to the end because it’s a great written book
