This book was a joy to read and listen to. The writing is phenomenal the performance is as well and the story is sublime.

Hard to listen to

The female voice talent on this one -and actually in the entire series has just grown more and more frenetic and hard to listen to. The storyline of the series is good although the second and third books felt like they could’ve been tightened up and it should have been a large single book. Maybe more money in the split. The male vocals were good, and I was relieved when it went to his parts, and the woman voice was great but her acting made me speed up the playback just to move through more quickly.

Great storyline

Narrator was fantastic, the translation seems as if it was done using an algorithm or somesuch. Some word usage was overly and some just didn’t translate well or was redundant. The story was excellent however and the storyteller has an engaging voice and jumped readily between languages. All in all a great summer read!
