The Art of Choosing Happiness is for anyone looking to identify the source of their unhappiness, stress, and discontent and to turn this around to live a more fulfilled life. The insight I gained on this journey made me further appreciate the small things in life, such as enjoying that cup of tea in my garden. It helped me rebuild my own boundaries, which were always there, but I never had the confidence to share these with others. I now stand as a more confident, happier version of myself.

As a psychology major I can definitely appreciate this book. I enjoyed the anecdote,a the references to psychologist such as Maslow, and the structure of this book. It was a good listen the narrator was wonderful. The author presented The information in a clear manner. As somebody who is trying to search for happiness, this was the perfect ead for me. It gave me a new perspective.

Holy crap! This book really had me on the edge of my seat. At first, I wasn’t sure where the story was going to go. But when the shadows started attacking the main characters, all I wanted was answers. I love the characters. I’m going to try not to include any spoilers, but let’s just say it’s interesting how one of the characters perspective shift by the end of the book. Will definitely read the second book in the series.

This book surpassed my expectations. It was refreshing due to the fact that the heroin of the story is death.The narrator was wonderful and the storyline wasn't predictable.it was a well written love storywith passion and a bit of humor.

No the book did not meet my expectations. It ended on a cliffhanger and it focused mostly on the love triangle aspect of the book. I enjoyed the series as a whole, I'm just sick of characters being torn between two people.The narrator was wonderful! She brought all of the characters to life!
