Lovers of stoicism will find this book a treat. It includes the classic works of Stoics in a workflow that's digestible and mindful. The opening chapters are Meditations by Marcus Aurelius, which then leads into Letters From a Stoic by Seneca, then The Discourses of Epictetus, The Enchiridion by Epictetus, and ends with On The Shortness of Life by Seneca. Each section providing reflections, meanings of life's purpose, and death. A worthy collection of classics. A worthy read/listen.

This book delivered what it said it would. It provided a clear and practical perspective on the subtleties of body language and its interpretations, particularly in business when decisive decisions are made based often primarily on how an individual behaves, rather than what they actually say. A very useful and valuable read.
