A fine performance from all the characters, but even a fine performance cannot save this turd of a book. I find the plot to be completely pointless the storyline to be worse and it to be completely anti-climactic. 100% of waste of a credit and my time.

I can't really write the entire book, as I only made it through the first three minutes and 12 seconds of listening to it. It was like watching a screen test without the picture and without the good acting. It was rushed and it was crap. It hurt my ears I think they might be bleeding. this is not an audiobook this is listening to a casting for a part and it's horrible!

How many times can you tell the same story?

I have nearly read 4 of these turds. I cannot read another or hear another line. Every single book is the same story retold. The sex scenes are pretty good, amazingly every "brother" has a giant dick though. I can handle crappy writing, I read all 3 50 shades, but this is the same story line beaten into the ground. I can't finish it, I'm returning it.

I haven't connected with an author, with a book like this in a very long time. As a former restaurateur myself and woman, she tells her story beautifully. Food service isn't an easy life but her passion is exemplary. It reminds me of my passion and the passion of others like me. Someone who truly enjoys food, appreciates food and relishes restaurant work is enlightening. Thank you Gabrielle for shining a light on women who are badass but more than that get shit done, do their time and earn respect. I have never eaten your food but I wholeheartedly believe that you are one of the best chefs I have never met. Given my 20+ years in F&B I've met some amazing cooks and amazing people, I will count you as one. I will also recommend your book to any and everyone I work with and meet. THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!

Know when to say when...

Would you try another book from E. L. James and/or Becca Battoe?

I'm really pretty much done with books inspired by Twilight, so no to the E.L. James thing. I'm sure Becca Bettoe has other performances that aren't so young, so I would try her again.

Was Fifty Shades Freed worth the listening time?

Meh, it is literary junk food. It's no war and peace but it wasn't the worst thing I've ever read.

Please authors just know when to stop, no one needs endings that keep on going. The ending here, where it goes far into Grey's perspective is too long and verbose.

This book has a bit more of a plot than the previous one, I rather enjoyed getting to know why 50 is so f*cked up. There is more going on, more character development and that makes it, to me, a better book.

Would you say that listening to this book was time well-spent? Why or why not?

and that's just how I like my erotica. The plot wasn't amazing in this book but there was lots and lots of sex and that ain't bad. I really like having someone read smut to me. I wasn't going to read it because it's too mainstream for me and frankly I really don't see the big deal but 50,000 horny housewives aren't wrong, it's an alright book. Great if you aren't hoping for something it's not. I wasn't looking for the next War and Peace so I am satisfied.

I'm really glad Tucker Max isn't going to stop writing but I'm really glad he is going to stop writing satire. This book wasn't as funny as the other 2 but I'm not sorry that I read it. Still funny, still kinda believable or not. I don't care if the stories are real or not, he is funny.
