I love the reader of this audio book she does as excellent job. Even though I saw the villain coming before he was revealed I loved the story. It's suspenseful and redemptive! Only downside for me was unnecessary expletives and intimate explanations were too detailed.

God has used a number of things to get us through the last 5 years of fighting kidney failure, retinopathy, neuropathy, hyper tension and life threatening infections as a result of living a lifetime with diabetes. Caring for my husband has been as much of a blessing as it has been a painful challenge and self revealing. At this moment I MUST say this book has been to me like the BALM IN GILEAD! I listened intently repeating phrases and even chapters several times. I gave away my print copy and spoke to my women's group and explained how much they need to read even if they aren't "going through a crisis" at the moment. It has caused paradigm shifts, established a new paradox and changed my definition of joy! It's permission to go through this process and feel my emotions have given me freedom and its validations have healed spaces and places in my heart that were hurting! I cannot say enough, I cannot thank enough and I am overwhelmed with joy over the gift that this book has been to me and my husband...

My oldest son declares that this book to him is second only to the Bible in his life. He says along with his faith and family this book has been key to him making through some of the toughest times he has had in his last 3 years since graduation from highschool. I thank God for your gift ofcommunication and ministry. I thank God for my sister who chose to give this book as a graduation gift. I am praying that as my younger son and husbadn embark on experiencing this book through audio it will touch them as well.
