I didn’t get why everyone was complaining about the narrator’s voice/cadence. After I read their comments I totally got it.
I like this story though, it’s not your typical paranormal cookie cutter story. I’m going to give the next book a chance and we’ll see what happens with that.
I won’t spoil it for anyone but I must admit that I had absolutely no idea who done it!!!

I needed just a little more!

As endings go this one was alright. I feel like it was just a little bit rushed to keep it from being the size of War and Peace, lol. I guess in the end it felt more like a HFN than an HEA, but since I’m not the author I really can’t change that.
I think that I will read each series in order then go back and read them in the order in which they all take place.
I did enjoy the overall story arc and look forward to reading more of this world!
Definitely recommended. Happy reading…

I’m just gonna say it. Night Prince needs a sequel! I love Vampire stories and author Felipe Stevens has not disappointed me. I enjoyed the world she built and would desperately like some more.

WOW!!!
I must admit that I definitely didn’t see that coming. From book one I kept trying to figure out just who the Seven of Spades was/is. I’m usually pretty good at figuring it out but I failed miserably, lol.
I love series where we get to follow one couple through their ups and downs. Levi and Dominic both have their hang ups and issues but manage to make it anyway.
The supporting cast of characters all managed to bring their own strengths and weaknesses to the party as well.
Well planned out and well written I can only imagine what else is out there by Cordelia Kingsbridge. Wyatt Baker was also a great narrator for this series.
I very highly recommend this series, and I promise you will NOT be sorry.
