Our culture and teachers tend to not give us the basics of understanding money. Most of us have such a bad relationship with money. This book gives you a good broad perspective of how to properly look at your money and face your finances. It will give you a good Paradigm shift from poverty mentality to financial success.

So I started listening to this book and loved it so much. One, the narrator sounds like an 80's DJ. It took me back to the time. Then, I used this book while driving a long trip, and I would get Apple Music to play the songs as I went through it. It was like the best road trip playlist ever. Totally entertaining, totally awesome!

"What the Heck Did I Just Speed Read?" gives an understanding of the history of speed reading and then walks you through the various techniques to practice and master it. As emphasized throughout the book, there is no one-size-fits-all for speed reading, depending on the purpose and content of what you are reading, and it gives various methods to try. I have never been a fast reader, and I am super excited to put the many techniques into practice. The ability to read quickly gives you the information you need and frees up your time to be able to live life.

This book is like sitting in a room with a wise bunch of leaders to tell you all their secrets, from overcoming failure to handling success. I can not say enough about how valuable this book is. I believe the most helpful part of the book was listing the habits of successful people and their mindsets. Like a peek behind the curtain! Thank you!

In a society where many fatherless boys are raised, the art of true parenting or mentoring is lost. Jeffrey hits this need right between the eyes. This is literally a manual to help these boys transition into manhood. I sure wish I had this book to prepare men for manhood as I was growing up. Every aspect is addressed to set a young man up for independent living. Thank you so much!

I have been trying to understand attachment styles for a few years. This book gave me such deep compassion for the anxious attachment style. Everyone comes to you with their story in hand, and giving them empathy and compassion is such a gift. Thank you, Jeffrey, for giving us techniques to overcome our anxious attachment style.

The thing that totally endeared me to this book is Robert’s connection to the whispers of God and his heart to seek Him in every aspect of his life. No matter how capable or smart you think you are, I think if you don’t lean on the Lord while walking out of your life, you will have an unbalanced and unsuccessful life. The refreshing thing about this book is that while it is a look into the success of a man, it is bathed in the vital necessity the author found in depending on the Lord. From the storyline, Robert is a real man with a real God, not a religious pretension. Thank you for the wisdom and nuggets for success.

I have been doing inner child work for years. At first, it frustrated me. I just didn’t get it. But as I sought healing, I realized that not only was my inner child a reality, but he also colored the canvas of my life. Embracing and Healing Your Wounded Inner Child is a fantastic book that not only validates the child but also all that stands in the way of living with joy and wholeness. I am so glad I read this work. It gently leads you through the process of connecting with and healing your childhood wounds.
