Great guide, and entertaining as well

The methodology laid out in this book for how to get through a crisis as a company is fantastic. It's clear and easy to understand the concepts, and because the book is written as a narrative, it's never boring. I highly recommend this book for every leader. You may not need these ideas now, but when the crisis comes (and it's always coming) you won't have time to read the book then.
