Historia
Anders Ericsson has spent 30 years studying the special ones - the geniuses, sports stars and musical prodigies. And his remarkable finding, revealed in Peak, is that their special abilities are acquired through training. The innate 'gift' of talent is a myth. Exceptional individuals are born with just one unique ability, shared by us all - the ability to develop our brains and bodies through our own efforts.

In this pause-resisting, eye-opening audiobook, journalist and military analyst Ronen Bergman - praised by David Remnick as 'arguably [Israel's] best investigative reporter' - offers a riveting inside account of the targeted killing programs: their successes, their failures, and the moral and political price exacted on the men and women who approved and carried out the missions.

The world’s most trusted guide for leaders in transition. Transitions are a critical time for leaders. In fact, most agree that moving into a new role is the biggest challenge a manager will face. While transitions offer a chance to start fresh and make needed changes in an organization, they also place leaders in a position of acute vulnerability. Missteps made during the crucial first three months in a new role can jeopardize or even derail your success.

Boring performance, too focused on big companies
Revisado: 08-20-19
The narration is extremely distracting. I could not concentrate on the content. Had to make a real effort. Anyway, the content is mostly about high management in big companies and pushes a strange framework to position your approach in your first 90 days as a new manager. It feels a bit outdated, like you are back in the 80s.

A complete book and a broad framework
Revisado: 03-27-19
The book is an absolute essential for anyone in tech. It details the modus operandi of the most successful companies in the world. It is very opinionated.
I miss a bit more personal experience and real world cases, but it would make the book too big.
