Fun soft sci-fi comedy

perfectly enjoyable as escapism, but also makes you think. Corporations as planetary governments, AI robots, and what does it really mean to be human anyways? Kevin R Free does a good job across genders and a range of emotions.

Not standalone stories

These are not standalone stories and frequently reference other books. You're expected to already know and like the characters (except for the Gifted Carnival and Child Outlaw). The mix of mythologies was pretty impressive and narration was well done across the board. I would read the other books first or just pass on this.
