Overall a great review of monumental missteps by the medical profession. However, there are a few pretty disturbing factual errors. These include attributing the decline of bubonic plague to vaccination (not true) and completely misrepresenting the issues with HIV transmission in patients with hemophilia in the early years of the HIV epidemic. The latter were not infected en masse by blood transfusions, but rather by use of concentrated clotting factors pooled from multi-donor blood products. Additionally, not all skepticism for new ideas is bad - it is part of the process of vetting new knowledge.

I have a difficult time with reading and comprehension since I had a stem cell transplant and chemo after a cancer diagnosis. I had the audio and the physical book and followed along. I passed the sailing 101 course with ease. Looking forward to sailing on our new to us boat.
