I went into this audiobook mostly out of curiosity, wanting to get a better grasp on this topic. I wasn't expecting to be hooked, but it really delivered. It wasn't just rehashing familiar ideas; it presented new perspectives and practical examples that genuinely broadened my understanding of how new dads or dad-to-be think and feel. I liked that it covered the practical stuff, like feeding and diapers, but also the emotional side, the anxiety and all that. They even talked about keeping things good with my partner, which is huge!
