The 5 love language helped me to identify my primary love language and to use it. It helped me initiate the conversation of love languages with my boyfriend and to identify his love language and for him to identify mine, in order for us to both speak each other's love language and keep our love tanks full.
The book also reminded me that love is a choice, not just a feeling.
