Still Hiding

Here we are in the year of our Lord 2022, this story although fictionalized rings true. The world is still at war, people are still passing in an attempt to have a better life. a well written story. Followed along in the book as I listen. From me at times the narration was a little off. The life of Belle Greener AKA Belle da Costa Green was definitely a story we needed. Belle said it best, "hiding in plain site."

My first read by this author love it! Real hard core language but life, how many of us had not said some of the same things in the heat of it. I look forward to reading the sequel because it ended with a bang.

Charles and Aja have a big house, money, good jobs, children in college, and friends, but are they happy? Neither one of them endeared themself to me as a favorite character. My least favorite character was the mother-in-law. The story had several oh yes moments. The lesson learned is there are many ways to happily ever after. A perfect ending to the first story My Brother's Keeper.
