Not so sure about this one.

After listening to beast, I decided to listen to this one. But I'm left confused. I couldn't connect with characters. It was super steamy at first but too many sex kills it for me. Then it was all about trying to wrap up the story only to cut it abruptly.
I felt they argued for no reason just to have a make up scene. Some scenes made me roll my eyes and some just didn't feel real. I didn't really do it for me.

Wow! It all makes sense

I've been listening to romances where they often refer to classics of English literature. I've never really listened to one because I felt I might be to hard of a read (listen). Curious because I've seen the movie in 2005. I decided to give this classics a go. And I was not disappointed! Immediately I was drawn into each character. the story, the writing, the narration was all just perfect. And it all made sense why these books are mentioned and referred to. I can't wait for more classic listens from Jane and others.

I couldn't finish this book. At the middle of chapter 2 I just couldn't take the bla bla anymore.
If you listen to the preview that is basically it. Sorry it didn't do it for me.
I love informative and coaching books. But it need to be captivating from the beginning. I guess I was hoping for more research and less personal story from the beginning.

Could've been shorter - more depth in story needed

After the second book, which I enjoyed a lot. I bought this one without thinking it twice. I was exited to know about these two characters. What I liked about these stories is that there is some drama but it's not the immature teenage like drama you often find in some romances. Their story is interesting but missed more depth to it. I felt like the writer was trying not to give enough info to keep us hanging for the punch. But it was obvious from the beginning where it was going. So I would've preferred more story and less sex. Female narrator was not too bad but has this tone that irritated by the en of it. Sebastian is Sebastian...

Tangled in modern world

I guess I was expecting a little more from this book. But It's basically a modern version of Tangled. The girl was cute an funny but the rest felt a little light. I guess it's a cute story for teens. I did not captivate me as other books have. Both narrators were ok but the male could've just narrated all his parts and not only the mails.

Expecting more from it.

I loved the first three books because I felt that even though some times Brook annoyed me with her overthinking I enjoyed the story attached to Remy and all his character is. I listened to Legend after the first 3 books and Loved it even more. I think Legend is actually my favorite of all. I was expecting similar stories with ripped but I found that this is a story I've heard before (old teenage love, he goes away he wants her back, etc.). then what I didn't like Is that Pandora was overthinking over and over the same things. Too many sex scenes to my taste. Was expecting a little more depth in the story and less thinking. Narrators were good.

Another brother's best friend with a nice twist

At the beginning I thought! Oh well another brother's best friend story. the beginning was also a bit depressing and I almost thought that I was not going to like it. But then the actual story begun and I found myself being intrigued by it. I like the chemistry between the main characters and that without having to add unnecessary sex scenes. I enjoyed it a lot in the end.

Maybe if you Replace Aaron for Sebastian york!

The first part of this book was fun and entertaining, sexy and adventurous. The second though was way too long and maybe if the narrator was Sébastian I would've given an extra star. the narrator killed the second part of this book. I almost stopped at some point. I really wanted to like it more.

Was not as good as I hoped

I read beneath this ink and wanted to read more from this author. But this one was too light on story and to heavy on unnecessary sex. I did not feel connected to the characters even though I liked them. I guess I just didn't believe their love story as much, no fun sexy tension or anything.

Zachary and Andy are great

I love these two narrators. So I was first drawn to this book because of them. And I'm happy I did. Even if the story is not the most joyful, I'ts worth it. I enjoyed the way this book was written. The love between the characters is lovely.
