The premise and story is interesting but The wording is awkward. The reader's delivery style is unnecessarily dramatic even when the situation doesn't call for. Even on the chapter tittle. I have no idea how this book got over 4 stars. I couldn't get through it.

This book has a great premise. But it moves too slow, with hugely unnecessary dialogue and descriptions. I didn't even get through book one. I got to hour six and I couldn't take it.

I know it is fiction but...

As the romance picked up the action slowed down. Romance is OK with me but for this one it was a bit over the top sometimes. Also why I know it is a zombie book some of the scenarios and how things played out was just so unrealistic. I normally enjoy her books but this one was kind of meheew.

This is has been my absolute favorite book on audio series. Every book I have listened to in record time and I had been anticipating book's coming out for 2 months. It was hard to pay attention, lacked the action of previous books and even the banter was off somehow compared to previous books. This author is really great. listen to all his other books but I would say this one was rushed and perhaps in the future giving the author time to develop the plot line more would be good even with that said I'm still looking forward to someone buying the film rights to his books. but this book felt like walking down a hallway to get to another room where the action is.
