Self-esteem was the key to my happiness and fulfillment, and this is the ONE big thing I picked up from this book.
Listen… I know that there are a lot of people out there who are just like I was. They are expecting a book, a podcast, or any other information source to do the job for them. READING IS NOT TAKING ACTION! I hope most people get it. Listening is not taking action either. It's just the first step towards the outcome you want to achieve –a happy and healthy life, in this case – a happy and fulfilling relationship.
And unless you use the information you read, there is no way anything is going to change. It took me a while to realize that, but eventually, I got it, and now my life has changed. Highly recommend with implementation!
