Mrs. Meyers has helped me so much and taught me to believe even more than I did.

I was molested from the age of 3 to 15 by my Dad and so much Joyce says is exactly how I felt.

It took me many years to forgive him and I was ok with the past, where it stayed.
However, as did Joyce, I moved my Dad into my home for 5 very trying years. But I refused to not honor him not allow him to be homeless.
Dad went Home on 07/08/21 to be with Mom, she went Home 03/18/16. and my Sister went Home 06/02/21.
Ive had so many struggles in the last 5 yrs and try hard to not let it get me down. Never longer than a day.
I am now facing my baby sister which just found out she has a tumor on her brain that has caused her to be blind in one eye.
I talk to Jesus and God all the time in my head but my words are so scrambled and hard for me to keep focused.
Joyce, thank you so very much for all your teachings and reaching out to others. God has blessed you and may HE continue.

I love Matthew and almost all his movies. So decided to purchase his book.
However, I wasn't really impressed. Maybe I'll give it a 2nd listen.

loved it even more when part of the story was in Maryville, TN!!
I lived in Maryville for 6 yrs and then moved 10 miles down the road to Knoxville, TN.

waiting for the next book... But I loved the Perfect Child. Not very many books make me cry, gasp or become emotional in any sort of way. Perfect Child had me doing it all.
I was thrown off by the different narrators, and I am so glad I stuck with it though, they were all awesome once I got into it.

I have read all 3 of these books and was able to turn off the world for a few hours a day, which is so hard to do most days.

I will be re-reading all three with just as much giggles, tears (happy and sad)

I'm about to turn 57 and still can not wrap my mind around the way people then and now are treated.

No one is totally free until the good Lord above has our bedroom ready and he calls us Home.

I got lost a few times

there were some exciting spots in this story.
But to be honest, I could not tell you anything about the book.
I even tried to enjoy it in audio, but I just couldnt get into.
However, I did find another Author to listen to. 🙂

I almost gave up, however, I did stick with it and the story picked up.
I only had a couple of "wow" moments. But all in all it was a good story and will look forward to reading more from this Author.
