such a high level it's worthless
Revisado: 04-27-18
What could have made this a 4 or 5-star listening experience for you?
provide actual insightful information for how to day trade. I am a beginning day trader and a novice investor and this entire book is below my level, it provides no edge, insight or useful information and strategies. You can learn more from google in 10 minutes.
Would you ever listen to anything by Samuel Rees again?
no, he's so generic it's useless, you could google "day trading" or do 20 minutes of independant research and draw the same conclusions
What about Ralph L. Rati’s performance did you like?
good narrator

Perfect Blend of science and communication
Revisado: 08-02-17
this book is very well written. It has a great amount of research science but is not too Technical and easy for a Layman like me to understand. It is also not just fluff and talk there's enough science to back up the theory. I wonder where this information has been on my life after reading this book. the narrator has a very Asian slant. the narrator can sound Stern and edgy at times

I'm not a fan of the writing style
Revisado: 03-07-17
the performance is excellent but I don't like how the author writes. he doesn't get to the point very quickly or often he tells a very slow Story full of tangent details and rabbit holes recounting the previous books always trying to pull at your heartstrings but the substance just isn't there

Historia
Already cited on the floor of Congress and discussed in the corridors of the Pentagon as a book all Americans should read, One Second After is the story of a war scenario that could become all too terrifyingly real. Based upon a real weapon - the Electro Magnetic Pulse (EMP) - which may already be in the hands of our enemies, it is a truly realistic look at the awesome power of a weapon that can destroy the entire United States.

good book, overly emotional and technically weak
Revisado: 03-01-17
I really enjoyed the performance but overall I feel the story itself is technically weak in several areas. The story is also loaded with(and distracted by) many meaningless details and side stories, the author sometimes spends a lot of time down rabbit holes that don't impact the basic plot.

Historia
For decades we've been told that positive thinking is the key to a happy, rich life. "F*ck positivity," Mark Manson says. "Let's be honest, shit is f*cked, and we have to live with it." In his wildly popular Internet blog, Manson doesn't sugarcoat or equivocate. He tells it like it is - a dose of raw, refreshing, honest truth that is sorely lacking today. The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck is his antidote to the coddling, let's-all-feel-good mind-set that has infected modern society and spoiled a generation, rewarding them with gold medals just for showing up.

good but many stories are same as red circle
Revisado: 12-22-16
I really don't like it when authors have multiple books and they regurgitate content. I read this book because I liked the red circle. most of this book is exactly the same stories from Red Circle. I respect the hell out of these guys the author and the story and it was a good book. if you've read the red circle be warned. If not you will thoroughly enjoy this book.
