Please know that this book was not written by an indigenous person. The author makes that clear right from the start. He does so with an understanding, respect and humbleness that is refreshing. This story was well done. the charecter development is well done, you can tell the author has a deep fascination, and respect for the region and its indigenous cultures, as well as a level of empathy and contemplation that is refreshing as a white person. I am curious what an indigenous person would think of this story, and I intend to ask them. for now at least I give this story and the narrator a solid 4 stars. it's engaging, educational, respectful piece of literature.

Historia
The Great Crime is a podcast history of the Armenian Genocide, taking an in-depth look at the extermination of the Armenian people from 1915 to 1923. The series is open and accessible to everyone, whether you're familiar with the subject or totally unaware of this often forgotten, misunderstood, and fundamentally tragic saga.
