I love the introduction in which the author talks about the benefits of gardening from a quality of life perspective. The author highlights both the emotional and physical benefits of gardening. The introduction put me in a wonderful frame of mind to listen to the rest of the book.
He covers the basics of how to start a garden and how to maintain a garden. He also provides details on how to grow vegetables,fruits and flowers.
Throughout the book, he provides basic step-by-step instructions to help make gardening easy.
In his conclusion he provides encouraging and motivational words in an effort to jumpstart the listener on a gardening journey.
