Very informational, though they could have used someone narrating with a little more inflection in their voice...a tad monotone for my taste. Enjoyed all the information, though.

I love John Maxwell and his insights. This book is no exception. While studying this, it is good to go thru The 21 Most Powerful Minutes in a Leaders Day also. The two coincide with each other and really help drive the points home. If you really want to progress as a leader, in work or in life, listen to and apply these two books.
