Great story, but needed a bit more

Overall, I enjoyed this book. The narration was perfect, as usual with these two.
I always love a good friends to lovers story, especially when it involves too codependent BFFs this one did not disappoint in that department.
There were a couple of plot holes that I wish the author had plugged. For one of them, especially, there was an opportunity here that was lost.
I still recommend the story for fans of friends to lovers stories. Brendan and Paul are so sweet. And bonus, you get to see a little more of Jeremy and Preston.
I’m looking forward to the next installment of the series.

This was such a ride. The story of Jasper and Cole will stay with me forever. From the way they loved each other, to their possessiveness, to the tragedies they suffered. The author tells the story masterfully.
The narration is perfect. Both narrators captured the essence of each character.
Highly recommended.
