explains, simplifies, and neutralizes anxiety completely
Revisado: 12-29-24
In a soothing yet uplifting tone, the author demonstrates how our pattern of thinking and judging our own thinking is the catalyst to anxiety.
She teaches how view our thoughts as passing through our minds unbidden, and then we can choose to give them meaning to our lives or not.
This book makes lots of analogies and metaphors to help the reader recognize the nature of reality: our moods create our experience, not the other way around.
I have always been a type A, anxious, neurotic perfectionist, and these concepts have reversed all my symptoms. I find myself these days feeling abundant in time, energy, ideas, love, patience, and money. I no longer get, not fear panic attacks. I'm smiling all the time. My whole life until recently, used to be the exact opposite.
This is a must read for anyone who has ever suffered from anxiety or any other mood or mental struggle. You will learn how to feel relief immediately without any special techniques, and you'll never go back to your old way of thinking!

a must read for every coach and therapist!
Revisado: 12-19-24
After years of traditional therapy for my CPTSD, depression, and anxiety, I soon felt better actually by gaining (an unrelated) coaching training.
However even after that training and hours of coaching practice, I knew there was a missing piece to my thought reality. I had rewired my brain 90% with affirmations and positive thinking but I would still get triggered in my love relationships.
This book, with it's many case studies, analogies, and recorded dialogues with clients and colleagues alike, triggered insights into what thoughts I must still be perceiving as real, and cleared it up.
I then could enjoy the true happiness of complete trust in my subconscious mind's connection to the rest of universal intelligence.
Once you make this leap, you'll never go back to traditional therapy. I'm proud to say that I don't believe I'll ever have to.
