great character development

In all honesty I normally hate litRPG. But this and a few other books have made me reconsider that and I have nothing but good things to say about this whole series it is awesome.

great introduction to energetics

This is an excellent introduction to the field of energetics,and change the way you think about diet and exercise. it distills nicely a lot of well done scientific research into a digestible format for people who may not have a good background in science and biology. I'm married to a PHD in physical anthropology who also studied primates and also worked with Steve Ross and she had already told me energetics didn't work the way I thought it did in my quest to lose weight with diet and exercise. this book explains why and if you take the information given and apply it spoiler alert the real secret sauce here is caloric restriction you will see some good results most likely. Overall this is a great book. my own background is in biology and exercise physiology from back in the 90s and it's nice to see that research has moved on and really has given us a lot more useful information than what was being touted back then.

Wow just wow. It is amazing what the author has been through and what he has accomplished in spite of that. His is a story that is both inspirational and as riveting as any work of fiction. If you feel down and lost and need inspiration listen to this in it's entirety and you will be taken on a journey that will end with you feeling better.

this is an excellent book. It has applications in business, economics ,personal life and just about any field you can think of. If you want to understand the causes or some of the reasons why you do things were other people do things consider the concept of scarcity

the narrator is good at doing the character voices and the story harkens back to the original TNG.

such a fun story, especially in audio format.

this story is just fun. It is narrated by the author himself so the characters really are true to what they sound like in your mind. the story is fun and there's a lot of Adventure and neat things to be had especially with Einstein and Tesla making an appearance. all-in-all I heartily recommend the series.
