Historia
Ever since my days in music school, I dreamed of creating music that tells deeper stories—melodies that resonate with our souls. This audiobook brings that dream to life, blending my piano compositions with heartfelt stories that explore love, faith, and the divine. Each chapter concludes with a music recording, inviting you into a world where sound bridges us to something greater, echoing my journey to Orthodoxy. This collection is more than just a series of stories; it's an invitation to witness how music can lead to spiritual discovery and transformation.

Historia
Six days ago, astronaut Mark Watney became one of the first people to walk on Mars. Now, he's sure he'll be the first person to die there. After a dust storm nearly kills him and forces his crew to evacuate while thinking him dead, Mark finds himself stranded and completely alone with no way to even signal Earth that he's alive - and even if he could get word out, his supplies would be gone long before a rescue could arrive. Chances are, though, he won't have time to starve to death. The damaged machinery, unforgiving environment, or plainold "human error" are much more likely to kill him first.

My new favorite book!!
Revisado: 09-20-16
Where does The Martian rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?
Definitely at the top.
What was one of the most memorable moments of The Martian?
The entire book is incredible. The way Mark overcomes every obstacle and perseveres through everything is amazing.
Which character – as performed by R. C. Bray – was your favorite?
R.C.'s Mark Watney is excellent. But R.C. does an incredible job with ALL of the characters. Including the women.
Any additional comments?
This book is great for people who love Swiss Family Robinson. It's like a modern day extreme version of the old island survival stories. Love it!!

Frank Peretti meets Goosebumps!
Revisado: 03-04-15
What made the experience of listening to Cat Tales and Whiskers the most enjoyable?
The sound effects and music are fun. It's bit like listening to a spooky story around a campfire with friends. But this story has a great ending.
Who was your favorite character and why?
Vermin! Cats are adorable and kids love cats. He added a sweet and cuddly touch to the story. Ash was great too. A very sincere, solemn guy, going through difficult teen issues.
What about Michele Carpenter’s performance did you like?
Ash seems like a real 14 year old guy.
Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?
When Ash gets saved and bravely goes to face the battle that lies in his path.
Any additional comments?
This book was written by a 13 year old, Christian, homeschool student with dyslexia, and somehow, knowing that made it that much more special to me. I think we need more stories like this out there.

Galactic Explorer Girl's Steamy Romance
Revisado: 12-01-14
Would you consider the audio edition of Hunter's Claim to be better than the print version?
I wouldn't know, I didn't read the book. But the narrator has done an excellent job on the audio, so I wouldn't think it'd matter.
What other book might you compare Hunter's Claim to and why?
I've never read a book quite like this. It's kind of like if an alien apocalypse book were turned into a romance, where the aliens became the heroes and, oh, the aliens are humanistic hunky cat-like men.
Which scene was your favorite?
The rescue scenes were pretty great and worked both ways. Well done on the author and on narrator's part.
Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?
This book is definitely a moving book. There were a lot of moments that evoked strong emotions, ranging from fear, excitement, tears, laughter and heart warming tenderness.
Any additional comments?
This book contains sex scenes. There was no warning mentioned anywhere, other than that the cover is of a man's bare torso. I guess that was the clue? But regardless, I think people deserve to know that before selecting this book. I didn't know. That's the only reason I gave the story 4 instead of 5 stars. I thought this was just sci-fi, adventure-thriller and got more than I bargained for... Great book, though.

Omega Rising is FANTASTIC!
Revisado: 11-20-14
If you could sum up Omega Rising in three words, what would they be?
ADVENTUROUS, HUMOROUS and THRILLING. But I would prefer not to have to sum up this amazing book in three words.
What other book might you compare Omega Rising to and why?
I would compare it to Farscape (not a book, sorry) but I liked Omega Rising even better. I definitely want to follow these books, if the adventure continues. I was completely sucked in by the journey the main character takes. He's relatable and experiences everything in a way that makes it that much more real and incredible to the reader. He goes from being a jaded hermit, to being a natural leader and hero to oppressed peoples of the universe.
What about Paul Heitsch’s performance did you like?
Paul did an amazing job on this book. I love his character voices and his smooth voice. He has a way with flexion and living the story as he tells it. Very enjoyable. I won't hesitate to listen to more of his works.
Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
Yes, once I got through the first few chapters, I had a hard time stopping.
Any additional comments?
I hope Joshua Dalzelle has written more of these books and that Paul Heitsch has narrated them as well.

Sooooo good! Loved it!
Revisado: 10-29-14
If you could sum up Sulan, Episode 1: The League in three words, what would they be?
Possibly beats Divergent!
Who was your favorite character and why?
I really liked Gunner and Taro, but I guess Sulan is my favorite. Her character was very appealing to me. She's a petite genius who didn't want to be defined by that fact and desperately wanted to be tough and able to defend herself. She was relatable, humble, spunky and independant.
Which scene was your favorite?
I really loved the rooftop battle scene, surprisingly. I'm not a battle scene kind of person. I usually get lost in fight descriptions, but so many meaningful things were woven into this one. I could actually see the whole thing in my mind and was completely enthralled by it. Excellent.
Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
YES!! Who needs sleep? Fantastic story and I may even listen to it again. I had to stop at one point and go look at the narrator's name just so I could remember her in the future. She's really good and deserves credit for her excellent performance!
Any additional comments?
I LOVED the world that Camille Picott created. It was very interesting. Futuristic, but realistic. Kind of exactly what you would logically expect it to be, but never imagine up on your own. It all made sense and seemed so possible. The author has her thumb on the pulse of world events and trends. That was obvious.

Great for kids!
Revisado: 03-05-14
Would you listen to The Distant Shore again? Why?
I'll probably let my children listen to it next.
What did you like best about this story?
The way the story teller reminds me of a dear aunt or sweet grandmother lively reading a bedtime story to her children, with voices and a good tone.
What about Lee Ann Howlett’s performance did you like?
This is an old timey story and she gave it a good old timey feel. Reminded me of Anne of Green Gables.
