I bought and read this book when it was 1st released way back in 2007 or 2008 and was hooked on Julie Klassen ever since! This was the 1st time I listened to this story and OMGOODNESS I forgot how much I loved it!!
I won’t lie, I still cried my eyes out several times! I love this story 😍
The narrator did a fabulous job but then all of Julie’s narrators do a great job!

Enjoyed it all!! Cute story and quality characters! Lots of fun in this story! The narrators weren’t my favorite because the guys would do this little laugh thing all the time for Poppy and it was kinda embarrassing 🙈 he had a great voice otherwise but that part of it can only get 4 stars

I love Mimi’s books! I actually have all of them because she has fabulous stories and this is a great story, the male narrator was VERY good but the female narrator almost ruined the story 😱
I always feel so bad giving a bad review but a narrator can make or break a story! Mimi’s have done so well with Alex Wyndham and Justine Eyre, in fact Alex makes you fall in love with her stories! This male narrator did a fabulous job but it was sad to have him paired with this female narrator 😬 this unfortunately will be a book to read only not to listen to again for me.

What can I say but WOW!!! I don’t like to leave reviews that spoil anything for the reader so I’ll not go into a lot of detail but what a fabulous story!! Jamie has such a fabulous way of tackling some really tough issues with grace, compassion and empathy! She is so real with her characters and what they go through and without beating a person over the head with scripture she answers hard spiritual questions with simple truths ♥️♥️♥️
Way to go Jamie Jo!! Home run on this story!
