UR was really unexpected (for me) and really enjoyed it along with all the rest!!! Obits was also really good, but narration at the beginning was hard (for me) to get into - but really picked up. So don’t give up on it!

Unexpected ending - great story!

At first I thought this was going to be unconnected stories - but not the case. Really enjoyed how it all tied together and as usual, the writing and characters were amazing! Maybe it’s my age, maybe because my brother was in Vietnam, but also found it sad.

Head Down

Head Down was wonderful! I was going to skip it because it was an essay and I’m not much of a baseball fan. But the words and story of these young boys was so well done! Don’t skip it! When people talk today about young men being left behind they should listen and learn from this.

We’ll written; narration excellent for audible book. We need more dialogue and discussion on how white folks can address this - it’s our problem and we have to lead change. Amazing what is rationalized not to be hate.
