For therapeutic self-care, I have been experimenting with different modes of mindfulness exercises & trainings.

Alya’s presentation style and discussions have been the first effective tool I have found.

At a point of critical crisis and inflection, I have experienced truly profound benefits without some of the rather random instructions which (at least for me) made effective attempts at mindfulness practice useless.

I’ve been able to move from intense mental stress, sleepless nights and non-functional days to almost 6 hours + of sleep per night and the ability to perform in my job again.
