Historia
This is a study of how intellectuals as a class affect modern societies by shaping the climate of opinion in which official policies develop, on issues ranging from economics to law to war and peace. You will hear a withering and clear-eyed critique about (but not for) intellectuals that explores their impact on public opinion, policy, and society at large.

Another great book by Thomas Sowell
Revisado: 10-16-21
Sowell is the rare combination of an incredibly intelligent individual who doesn’t talk over your head. His writings are deep and thoughtful but I can still, as a common man, comprehend his points and social commentary. I’ve read several of his books and believe him to be one of the greatest American authors of all time. This book is a must read if conservatives want to defend conservative values.
