Ageist Bullshit

I got this under the guise it was a fun read for afternoon sewing. Instead I found out to be so insultingly ageist that I couldn't finish the book. The protagonist keeps whining that she's 27 and inherited a *gap* yarn store!!! The author seems to think that only the 50+ knit. BEEEEEETCH!¡ I'm 28 and at the time of reading had completed a Shetland lace collar. Needless to say that I was insulted. I'd give it a zero but Audible won't let me.

All foam and no beer. Nothing but unsatisfying froth that leaves one questioning why they even began the book in the first place. Fall short on promises and only covers the whodunit in the very brief last two chapters.
