My absolute favorite narrator just gave this book full life! I would love to know more of the story from his POV.
My only complaint is that it is a novella. It was over way too soon.

I got a little dizzy from the jumps back and forth through time, but I understand it had to be done to get their romance (or lack there of) out.
I was glad when, in the last few chapters, she stayed in the present.

What would have made Learn French: Word Power 101 better?

If the speaker moved a bit slower, and gave the listener time to repeat what was being said, the learning experience would have been better. This all happened so quickly, there was no time to learn, but just listen.

How did the narrator detract from the book?

She gave the impression this would be a listen and repeat audio book. I had a hard time understanding what the French speaker was saying, because she spoke so fast, and there wasn't enough time give to the listener to repeat before they moved on.

You didn’t love this book... but did it have any redeeming qualities?

The French speaker sounded great.

Where does Sincerely, Carter rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

Sincerely Carter ranks in my top ten.

What did you like best about this story?

I love the comradery between Carter and Arizona.

Which scene was your favorite?

I had so many favorite scenes, but the first was the beginning when young Carter had to write a letter of apology to Arizona, but his parents made him rewrite it over and over because it was too mean, and hurtful, only to receive a letter of apology from Arizona almost exactly like the one he'd initially written.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

I was moved when Carter admitted the reason he'd never been able to keep a long-term relationship.

Any additional comments?

This book was interesting from the beginning to the end. I couldn't stop thinking about it for days after it was finished.
