Close your eyes while you listen. You will see Scotland in your mind!
Revisado: 10-15-24
Great read and listen-especially since Andy the Highlander performs this for you! I loved every description and loved seeing many of these locations in 2022. I get the feeling this great book about SOME of the great locations in Scotland is just the tip of the iceberg! I see book two, three and more! There is so much more! Andy and Lilly, you have opened Scotland to the world and we are all so very fortunate to experience it. I can’t wait for more!❤️❤️

Never forget
Revisado: 12-06-23
I really appreciated the personal story of the author’s mother. We all need to read/listen to stories such as this so we never forget that we must keep our leaders in check, hold them accountable or this horrible history could happen again.

Historia
The three novels that make up The Forsyte Saga chronicle the ebbing social power of the commercial upper-middle class Forsyte family through three generations, beginning in Victorian London during the 1880s and ending in the early 1920s. Galsworthy's masterly narrative examines not only their fortunes but also the wider developments within society, particularly the changing position of women.

Good story
Revisado: 06-24-18
The story was enjoyable, suspiciously similar to Outlander. Unfortunately, after listening to Outlander on Audible, any performance less able than Divina Porter is disappointing. Probably would be better performed by two readers. In addition, leaving out all of the “I said’s” would be so much better. This may be attributable to writing style. Very distracting.
