Thought provoking and inspirational

Really enjoyed listening to this audio book. The story telling is great, and concepts are demonstrated through examples. I have the privilege of knowing Roy Sharples personally and know that the learnings and examples he shares in the book are real and a testimony to his lived experiences. I especially enjoyed the journey through time, the creativity techniques that challenge convention, encourage learning from experience, using research and observation to establish insights that informs design. A truly inspirational book.
